"I have been working with summer for about 3 or 4 weeks now on auto renewal and renters insurance. I am 75 years old and work alot more hours than usual. This lady has been so gentle and kind. She has walked with me through every step. If it had not been for her patience I would probably be insuring the state capital. I work in retail but she never gave me the impression she had had enough. She was stady and true and always professional. Thank you Summer for taking care of me."

"They only want your money. When I call and ask questions about my bill I get talked to you like I'm stupid. I definitely feel like they are just there to get my money and really don't care if I'm a customer there or not.
